STEPHEN KERN Welcomes Everyone To The ‘Majestic Kingdom’

The Majestic Kingdom EP, from US metal musician Stephen Kern and released worldwide via Sliptrick Records, is straight up 80’s style metal in instrumental form! Stephen wrote the songs and played the drums/rhythm guitar (lead parts like the solo on Midst Of The King as well) and he was psyched to have Val Allen Wood (Theocracy) master the 4 tracks! Val was also a special guest on two songs playing lead guitar (Eternal Majesty and Sword Of The Spirit).

Tommy Lee Thompson (a founding member of Iced Earth), played lead guitar on Guardians Of Light and his long time friend Jake Brown was invited to play lead guitar on Sword Of The Spirit (end solos). Michael Steven Zapata is also a buddy of Stephen’s and was just the guy he was looking for on Midst Of The King! Stephen had a specific vision when writing Midst and that called for the Harpsichord sound (Keyboard). Jacy Henry is Stephen’s sound engineer and bassist. He and Stephen are the one’s who spent the long hours in the Studio making sure the tracks sound great.
