Andy Susemihl releases brand new solo EP 'Burning Man'

Since the release of his 5th solo album “Elevation”, the name Andy Susemihl is a synonym for sophisticated and authentic musical compositions without being tied to a certain genre. He's definitely staying on this path with the all new 7 song “Burning Man EP” scheduled to be released on June 12th 2020. Due to the amount of songs recorded, Andy decided to drop an EP prior to the full length release which will be out in fall ’20. For the new album he has lined up a whole number of substantial musician friends again making this album a powerful and authentic 6 song release with an additional bonus track on the CD version. The genre of the new album doesn't fit in only one musical stereotype. Andy Susemihl pretty much succeeded in re-defining himself and this new definition could be best described as „Sophisticated Global Rock“. Burning Man is a combination of catchy rock songs, unique compositions and lyrics with heart and life experience. Andy Susemihl has managed to funnel his past experiences - be it as sideman for major acts like U.D.O., world tours with acts such as Guns’n Roses and Ozzy Osbourne and life in California - into his latest album. Bio: Andy Susemihl has shared the stage with such rock icons as Ozzy Osbourne, Guns’n’Roses, Deep Purple and Lita Ford, produced and recorded over 20 albums and sold over 500.000 units to date. His songs and guitar work have been showcased alongside the work of such noted guitarists as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani and Steve Stevens. Born and raised in Germany, Andy first picked up a guitar at the age of 14 and soon became a name in the local rock scene. After recording several albums and touring the world with projects such as U.D.O/ Udo Dirkschneider, the notorious lead singer of the popular heavy band Accept, he moved to Los Angeles, CA. Since his move to L.A., he was involved in many local as well as international projects. His credits over the last years include studio sessions with artists and producers such as Richie Kotzen (Poison/Mr.Big), Eddie Kramer (Jimi Hendrix) and Shay Baby (Ozzy Osbourne/Warrant). He also made an impression on the L.A. scene as guitarist of the Californian Prog Rock band “Miracle Mile” among many others. Since his last release “Elevation” Andy has been touring extensively and has been writing new material – so much that he decided to spread the songs on 2 albums the first one being the “Burning Man EP” a 6 Song release with a bonus track on the CD version and again with participation of some good old Superfriends: Peter Baltes (Accept), Andre Labelle (Vinnie Vincent/Kiss) among others.
