Scarlet Aura to release "Stormbreaker" March 27th
Scarlet Aura have become a staple in the European metal scene with their powerful live shows and crushing heavy metal. After rising to perform alongside legendary acts such as Europe, Helloween, Nazareth, Accept, Gotthard, Sabaton, Jorn, Pretty Maids, Delain, Battle Beast, Dave Evans, Angra, DIO returns and touring internationally with artists like Tarja Turunen, Beast in Black, Rhapsody Reunion and SOTO, as well as headlining many stages & festivals across Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, UK, Slovakia, Germany, Ukraine, Russia and last but not least - China, releasing critically acclaimed albums and gaining steady followers on all channels, Scarlet Aura are now set to release their fifth album “Stormbreaker” 27th of March 2020 via Silver City Records.
The brand-new album “Stormbreaker” features the previously released single track ‘High in the Sky’ which debuted live during their summer tour. Check it out as first single from the new album “Stormbreaker”.
The new album “Stormbreaker” will continue a conceptual trilogy called “The Book of Scarlet”, which consists of 3 albums and accompanying fantasy books. The first part of the trilogy started with the “Hot’n’Heavy” album, which was released in March 2019 and the first book – “The Book of Scarlet – Ignition”. The books are written by Scarlet Aura’ singer-songwriter Aura Danciulescu and combine the lyrics of the songs from the albums with the story of “Scarlet” that alongside the album immerse the audience into the amazing world of Scarlet Aura. This is a unique concept for rock/metal artists – for a metal record to have a complementary book, that entirely uncovers characters and storyline for each album of the trilogy.

The album was recorded in Bucharest at Silver City Studio and written, mixed, engineered and produced by Mihai Danciulescu, founder and guitar player of Scarlet Aura, with lyrics written by Aura Danciulescu. The album and the book will be released by Silver City Records, the band's own record label.

Accompanying the announcement of the release, Scarlet Aura will kick off a European wide tour in spring 2020 that will lead them through Germany, Switzerland, France, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Austria together with Visions of Atlantis, Edenbridge and Leecher, and with solo shows in Romania and Bulgaria.
After the spring tour, Scarlet Aura has already announced the autumn dates – the band will join Primal Fear and Freedom Call as guests for 24 concerts in 10 countries in September – October 2020.
