Hearts & Hand Grenades Release New EP "Nothing Left"
Now available on all streaming platforms is the 2nd EP release from American band Hearts & Hand Grenades. For a long time, there has been a giant hole where true hard rock used to live. Hearts & Hand Grenades intends fully on filling that void with some savage rock riffs and extremely powerful, deep lyrics! Hearts & Hand Grenades formed at the start of 2019. The focus of this band is to create a fresh breath of hard rock music that is not just built around the youth of today, but for all generations of true rock addicts. Bassist/Lead Vocalist Stephanie Wlosinski and Rhythm guitarist/Keyboardist Mike Bress have been rocking the cover music scene in the Buffalo, NY area for the past 8 years together in various bands. After seven years of 200 plus gigs per year, it was time to bust into the original music scene. Stef is currently the only female bassist in the Buffalo area that also performs the duties of lead vocals at the same time. In the beginning, she was extremely timid, hiding in the back of the stage by the drummer. Today, she has blossomed into one of the biggest rock phenoms around. Mike grew up listening to hard rock music from the 80’s through today. Always hungry for hard rock riffs, once he picked up his 1st guitar the rest was history. Hearts & Hand Grenades would not be complete without a drummer and a lead guitarist. Enter killer drummer Tom Lafferty and guitarist Kenny Blesy. With a couple decades of drumming under his belt, Tom was the perfect fit for the band. Having played many gigs in the cover scene together, he was an obvious choice. Kenny Blesy was the final piece of the puzzle. His ability to shred on a guitar like the metal guitarists of old or string together some of the most melodic solos, makes him a force to be reckoned with. The first EP “Wait” was released in July of 2019. Coming out of the gate, the music was a hit. On December 9th, the second EP “Nothing Left” was released, with the full album expected to be completed in February of 2020. Until then, Hearts & Hand Grenades will continue to electrify stages of all size!
