STEEL PANTHER Set To Start Recording New Album

Steel Panther got a little lost last week, appearing on the set of Thursday Night Football where the Steelers faced off against the Panthers. It was an honest mix-up and if everything goes to plan, they'll find themselves in a more natural surrounding as they begin work on their next album.
It's not known if the band is re-recording the album that was allegedly deleted in early August. Singer Michael Starr claims the band was in the process of uploading the material to Soundcloud when it accidentally got deleted. He insisted it wasn't a joke and producer Jay Ruston later explained, "Lexxi Foxx was in charge of uploading the album to Soundcloud. He pressed the DEL key on the keyboard thinking that meant DELIVER.”
Update: While news on when the band's next album has yet to be revealed, it is possible that if there's a quick turnaround, they could be playing new music in March 2019. The band just announced the "Heavy Metal Mardi Gras" trek hitting the southeastern U.S. for seven shows in March. See the newly announced dates below.
