Holy Smokes! The new L.A. Guns album Kicks Ass! From the opening track “It’s All the Same To Me”

until the closing number “Gave It All Away” it’s all sleaze and grit, ripping guitars, gang vocals and more.

Following up the opening track with “Speed” the first video and single from ‘Missing Peace’, it kicks off with a killer guitar riff a bit reminiscent of Judas Priest “Electric Eye” quickly turning into a lesson for all you up and coming bands, on how to throughly kick the listeners ass ……brought to you from Professors Lewis & Guns.

“Sticky Fingers” is another song from the album that has that classic L.A. Guns sound all over it. Phil’s vocals have not aged a day since the bands debut, and with Tracii Guns back in the fold it’s all magic baby!

The ballad “Christine” has a really cool 70’s vibe, the best songs always tell a story and with “Christine” Phil’s voice fit the mood perfect and will have the listener tripping down their own memory lane in no time at all.

“Baby Got Fever”, “Kill it or Die” & “Don’t Bring a Knife to a Gunfight” has the band back to the raw and dirty sound that always set L.A. Guns apart from the pack.

“The Flood’s the Fault of the Rain” has the band slowing it down a bit, with a tempo that just keeps building up until Tracii finally rips into his solo, then brings it back down until they fade out leaving you wanting more.

And just when you thought this album couldn’t possibly get any better…….. "The Missing Peace” kicks in ……Fuck! …..I LOVE the New L.A. GUNS ALBUM!
